John Fiedler has 24 years of experience at Verizon Communications. He is known for being a strategic thinker and hands-on implementer. John led numerous successful CRM loyalty and retention programs at Verizon and held significant sales enablement roles in launching Verizon’s flagship DSL and Fios Internet and TV products in the Small and Medium Business sales channels. His experience includes 8 years at Texas Instruments as a Program Manager and a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager and 7 1/2 years as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. Degree in Engineering. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and four young adult children.
