With an M.Ed. and MBA, Rose has transferred her skills in higher education academic advising to contract, project, and content management by applying commitment to quality client relationships on every level. Rose brings to Ascend extensive experience technical writing and editing through her role at Verizon supporting content management for customer-facing wireline representatives while ensuring adherence to Verizon style guidelines and brand integrity. She excels in fast paced, dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to analyze and solve problems. With her technical skills and natural ability to think critically, Rose offers a well-rounded approach to monitoring content quality end-to-end through entire project lifecycles.
