A Marketo Engage Certified Professional, he helps organizations turn strategy into execution by optimizing systems, processes, and teams that drive measurable growth. He previously led cross-functional operations at Verizon, where he spearheaded enterprise initiatives in digital sales optimization, customer loyalty, and First Contact Resolution (FCR). Dave has also supported large-scale projects with Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, and Pega, applying technology to streamline workflows and deliver scalable engagement strategies.
Outside of work, Dave is the founder of WOD for Shelter Dogs, where he blends his passion for CrossFit with his mission to rescue and rehome animals. He is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and USA Weightlifting Coach.
