The combination creates a 450+ person company with offices in the United States, Canada, and Panama, further expanding global reach and capabilities.
The business combination will align Ascend Marketing’s depth in data, marketing technology, and integrated campaign management with Mod Op’s deep capabilities in digital media, web, e-commerce, consulting, experiential marketing, and more. Ascend’s team and delivery model will act as business unit within the combined organization alongside Mod Op’s existing units.
