Ascend Marketing Named Finalist in Best Long Term Strategy Category of Drum Marketing Awards

GRAPEVINE (TX) – Ascend Marketing has been named a finalist in the Long Term Strategy category of The Drum Marketing Awards USA.

The Drum Marketing Awards recognizes the best in marketing in the US and Canada. This year’s judges included international marketing executives from Pinterest, Microsoft Madison Square Garden Company, and CA Technologies among others. Ascend Marketing nominated Verizon Firm Price Quote Journey Marketing program for the award. The Firm Price Quote program had previously been a successful acquisition strategy, with email communication being a key part of the sales process. The shift to a journey marketing strategy for the program allowed the ability to learn from and react to each prospect’s behavior on a much more granular level. By monitoring user behavior and activating highly targeted and relevant emails and call center channels, the Ascend team was able to significantly increase engagement and double sales for an already successful program.

The campaign delivered a 126% increase in sales, yielding a 586% ROI.
