You are:
Curious. Hands-on. A fan of many hats (and probably already wearing them). A proven expert with a unique blend of marketing experience spanning demand and revenue generation, marketing automation, content strategy, paid media, social media, analytics, web strategy, user experience, and anything on marketing’s cutting edge. You love doing great work with great clients of all sizes and a small but mighty team matching your pace and energy.
What you will do:
- Innovate and implement new marketing approaches, processes, and optimization techniques to better engage customers and achieve impactful results through marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, and Adobe Campaign
- Plug in directly alongside client teams to support full lifecycle marketing including scoring methodology, content/channel recommendations, audience analysis, and digital strategy
- Be a resource and advocate for best practices in A/B testing, communication composition, and program setup
- Hands-on support in the execution of strategies, tactics, and reporting from simple email blasts to complex customer journey experiences
- Be encouraged and empowered to constantly learn and grow through company-sponsored training resources and a supportive team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with ability to balance strategy and tactics
- Robust analytical skills - can digest large amounts of data, identify significant trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action
- Excited by and interested in emerging marketing technologies and trends
- Adept with audience segmentation and management
- Innovative, creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong writing skills and experience creating marketing content
- Demonstrably capable managing SEM/SEO
- Proficient in Google Web Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy & execution
- Knowledge of web/email development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- Marketo Certified Expert/Associate a plus (or near immediate path to certification)
