Front-End Web Developer

Overview

We are looking for a multi-faceted, inquisitive, client-facing front-end web developer to help craft compelling digital experiences alongside our high-energy technology and marketing execution teams.

Our ideal candidate has strong proficiency in WordPress, with Elementor experience preferred, as well as experience in HTML/CSS web and email development. We’re looking for a significant player who can confidently tackle new site creation, existing site maintenance, landing page development, integration support, and site launches. Beyond this, our ideal candidate will lead technical SEO optimization, as well as aid in creative asset production using Adobe Creative Suite.

Above all, we’re looking for a great communicator and fast learner who can articulate recommendations, build relationships, and guide client discussions in pursuit of great UX and impactful digital conversions. Candidate Requirements

  • Deep full-cycle WordPress development experience (Elementor experience preferred) including hosting/DNS/SFTP configuration, site environment/plugin best practices, platform integration and launch experience
  • HTML/CSS website/landing page/email development experience
  • Technical SEO configuration experience, Google Analytics proficiency
  • Exceptional presentation skills; strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • High interest in marketing technology and digital strategy; ready to learn at rapid pace
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • The position is based in Grapevine, TX (Dallas area) or Austin, TX
  • Experience level: entry-to-mid level
