John Fiedler brings a distinctive blend of corporate achievement, military leadership and engineering expertise to the Ascend team. He spent 24 years at Verizon Communications where he was recognized for his strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. His tenure involved leading successful CRM loyalty, retention, and process improvement programs and playing pivotal roles in launching Verizon’s flagship DSL and Fios Internet/TV products. His career also includes 8 years at Texas Instruments as a Program Manager and Quality Assurance Engineering Manager, and 7 1/2-years as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His wide range of expertise includes strategic planning, CRM programs, sales enablement, program management and quality assurance. John holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Residing in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and four young adult children, John balances his professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.
