We are proud to announce that our Journey Marketing Campaign for Verizon was selected as a Pro Awards Best B2B Campaign finalist. We are up against Eventive Marketing for their work with Galderma Laboratories and Manifold for their work with GE. We’ll find out who takes home gold, silver and bronze on June 19th at Espace in New York City.
Ascend created a Customer Journey Marketing strategy to drive the business customer upgrade effort, including a pivotal marketing automation decision engine. The campaign goals were:
• Reach higher levels of engagement
• Build stronger customer relationships
• Capture valuable customer information that would direct future upgrade programs
Each business customer received a personalized email promoting the benefits of upgrading their service and driving them to landing pages for more information and to sign up for upgrades. Through segmenting customer data and continuously testing all variables of the creative, our custom-designed Customer Journey Marketing platform automatically served the best-performing email and landing page combinations to generate more upgrades.
As a result, sales increased by 336%, yielding an unprecedented 877% ROI. Email open rates more than doubled (111% increase). Volume of calls increased by 7% and cost per acquisition decreased, saving over 14% per acquisition.
