An accomplished efficiency and process improvement team leader, Todd Sheldon has over 25 years of experience in business operations and technology. The many projects he’s managed over his career range from tool ideation and creation with a Fortune 20 company to leading his own firm to help small business owners achieve their goals. He keeps his focus on the efforts with the highest needle-moving potential, creating tools and processes that drive significant improvements in a short time, and also trains the people using them. Additionally, he is adept at documenting and translating requirements between the business and technology teams to ensure alignment throughout every project stage.  

Outside of work, Todd enjoys sports, animals, the outdoors and good conversations.
