Jane is a results-oriented telecommunications and SaaS marketing professional who brings over 25 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in the B2B and B2C markets to Ascend Marketing. She also brings a core philosophy of marketing that’s brilliant in its simplicity: Make it easy for a customer to engage with and fall in love with your brand. 

Driven by her customer-focused approach—and her natural curiosity—she thrives on identifying root causes of problems and challenges to discover hidden opportunities. She also has an eye for optimizing ROI, uncovering and eliminating unnecessary expenses to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently for maximum returns. 

The best part of her day is collaborating with team members and stakeholders to strategize and implement programs that fuel successful outcomes. Her favorite quote reflects the wisdom found though working with results-driven teams: “Having access to people smarter than you is a blessing not a threat.” 

Jane has a Bachelor of Business Sciences degree from Dallas Baptist University and lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 18 years. She eventually returned to her hometown of Rochester, NY, where she enjoys boating, skiing, experiencing the amazing food, wineries, and microbreweries of the Finger Lakes region, hiking with her red Labs Rogue and Penny, and finding joy with family and friends.

With over 26 years with Verizon, Ron obtained a plethora of marketing and sales support experience. From copy writing, sales collateral development, direct mail, printing, trade shows, ad agency advertising and call center exposure… his experience is vast and he’s always willing to learn more and share his knowledge.

Ron was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. He is an avid nature and outdoors lover that enjoys sports, home fixer-upper projects, working in the yard, or hiking in the woods.

Ron resides in the Baltimore Maryland area with his wife and two kids. On days off he can typically be found working on a home project or running to his children’s sporting events. He enjoys spending time with friends, values his friendships and believes that unique interesting individuals make the world go round.

Rose brings to Ascend extensive experience technical writing and editing through her role at Verizon supporting content management for customer-facing wireline representatives while ensuring adherence to Verizon style guidelines and brand integrity. She excels in fast paced, dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to analyze and solve problems. With her technical skills and natural ability to think critically, Rose offers a well-rounded approach to monitoring content quality end-to-end through entire project lifecycles.

In her free time, Rose enjoys time with family and friends, books, running for miles, and exploring opportunities for personal and professional development.

Apart from being a data analyst, he is a professional cricketer and has represented the Fort Lauderdale Lions and St Louis Americans team in Minor league Cricket (USA).

John Fiedler has 24 years of experience at Verizon Communications. He is known for being a strategic thinker and hands-on implementer.  John led numerous successful CRM loyalty and retention programs at Verizon and held significant sales enablement roles in launching Verizon’s flagship DSL and Fios Internet and TV products in the Small and Medium Business sales channels. His experience includes 8 years at Texas Instruments as a Program Manager and a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager and 7 1/2 years as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  John graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. Degree in Engineering.  He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and four young adult children.

She received her Master’s in ‘Business Analytics’ from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2021. Yazhini loves being creative and was drawn to data analytics by looking at the raw data being transformed into meaningful insights. She lives in the DFW area with her husband and 2 kids. When she’s not running behind them, she loves to spend time in her small backyard vegetable bed or creating fun new art projects.

Outside of work, Jordan can be found on a flight around the world, taking photos, working out, sipping a tasty cup of coffee, and shopping.
